Matt Weber serves as the Director of Business Insights and Analytics at Kum & Go, leading a team committed to fostering a data-driven culture. Through the power of analytics and data, Matt's team helps empower Kum & Go to realize its strategic vision and build deeper connections with customers.

Before joining Kum & Go, Matt spent over a decade at Nationwide Insurance in various Marketing and IT positions. Notably, he served for six years in Nationwide's Enterprise Analytics Office as a Data Scientist, where he developed advanced analytic and machine learning data products.

Matt graduated with a degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Iowa State University (go Cyclones!).
