Lizzy Ellingson has over 15 years of experience in design and digital product solutions. Currently the Chief Digital Experience officer at David’s Bridal, where she leads the transformation of their ecommerce, planning and digital products. Prior to David’s she was the co-founder and Chief Product and Design Officer of Blueprint Registry, a digital registry and website builder focused on creating a personal; omni-channel shopping experience for millennials during special occasions. Blueprint Registry was acquired by David’s Bridal in 2018.
She has a strong background in user experience design, product management and digital transformation. Prior to Blueprint, Lizzy was founder of Showman Design, a design consulting agency which worked on a range of digital and brand projects for SMEs and Fortune 500 clients. Prior to Showman Design, she worked at Microsoft’s EXG division, Sagmeister & Walsh and Tether Inc a full service design agency based in Seattle.
Lizzy graduated from the University of Washington where she received a B.A. in Visual Communication Design and holds a Masters in Design from the School of Visual Arts. In 2021, Lizzy was named Retail Touchpoints, 40 under 40 class.
